Bank Plan / Credit Card Plan

Affordable monthly payments are available through the bankdraft plan or the credit card plan. Cancellation or account changes can occur at anytime given a 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE and upon the return of your membership cards. Financial Aid

Everyone can afford the YMCA! The YMCA of Greater Westfield, as a charitable tax exempt organization, provides financial aid to those members experiencing financial hardships. These funds are are provided through our "Partners With Youth" program thanks to members of the community, YMCA staff, fundraisers, and United Way allocations. Members requesting help should contact the YMCA for an application to establish needs or click here for the application. Total confidentiality is maintained.

Guest Passes

Anyone purchasing or using a guest pass must be a guest of a member. Guests receive the same benefits as their host.

Fees: $10.00 Adult/Full Time College

         $3.00 Western Mass Neighborhood Plan

         $3.00 High School/Middle School

         $5.00 Adult Fee for Family Swim

Renewing full facility members will receive two free guest passes. 

Returned Checks

A $25.00 fee will be applied to any bounced checks and applied to account closures. If at anytime account information changes it is the members responsibility to notify the Membership Department.

Program Refund/Credit Policy

If a class is canceled by the YMCA, a full refund or credit will be given. If serious illness occurs, a doctor's note will enable the participant to get a pro-rated refund or credit towards any class in the future. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
